DAY - 6 "TOUGHEST DAY OF RIDE" SHIVTALAO (RJ) TO VADODARA (GJ)

DAY 6 ( 6.6.2017 ) SHIVTALAO (RJ) TO VADODARA (GJ)

As decided we were all up by 4:30 and by the time we left it was almost 6:00am. the weather was cool and we were all felling energetic. We chose this road as according to Koushal bhai this was the best one.

First 70 km is of Ghat due to which I and Saurabh started felling sleepy. The road was narrow surrounded by thick forest. There were lots of Monkeys and Peacock on the way. So we had to be very slow and careful.

The roads after that are really good. Its again a four lane road. We took a halt as soon as i saw a restaurant on the way. I drank 2 cups of coffee and tried to get myself refreshed. I was riding for past two days also so i was felling a bit tired.

There was a noticeable change in Saurabh's Riding. We could see him become more mature and confident as a rider. Koushal was suppose to lead but Saurabh was in such a form that he lead us.

As we were riding on highway my riding form was coming back. Then even i started to enjoy the ride. The temperature was hot, but was not affecting as much as it did on first two days.

Then we entered Gujrat. We were felling so happy.

The roads in both these states are awesome. We had our lunch 70Km before Vadodara at around 2;30pm. Koushal wanted to carry on the journey towards lonavala but I and Saurabh were tires. He was not ready to stay with us at Vadodara. Some how we convinced him to stay with us. We reached Vadodara by 3;30pm. We again went at my cousins place for halt. Me and my friends were tired so we then slept up to 6:00pm. My cousin asked us if were willing to go for bowling. Koushal was very tires so he dint came, I and Saurabh went with him. We had a good round of bowling followed by food. Then took parcel for Koushal. After Koushal bhai having his dinner we decided to go to Soda Parlor. We had soda over there and then went for refueling our bikes as we were supposed to leave the next day. While returning my cousin showed a newly developing project which had gone very famous because of the sign board. So we took some pictures over there and then returned home. We had traveled 464 Km on that day.
